The Centrifuge Collaboration In our recent collaboration with Centrifuge, a leader in the fintech space, we embarked on an ambitious project to create both an image film and a series of explanatory videos. PRE-PRODUCTION

Laying the Foundation Pre-production involved meticulous planning, including the casting of three talented actors who could authentically represent Centrifuge’s message. We also undertook detailed location scouting to ensure diverse settings that mirrored the dynamic fintech environment.

On-Set Execution Over a tight schedule of two days, our team adeptly navigated multiple shooting locations. We had a director, producer, DOP, and soundman working harmoniously to capture the essence of Centrifuge in every scene. The actors brought depth to the narrative, seamlessly blending into the fintech world.

POST-PRODUCTION

Bringing It All Together In post-production, we transformed the raw footage into a cohesive and polished final product. We follow a four-step process to create your image films:

Discovery: We start by understanding your objectives, target audience, key messages, the tone, and desired outcomes. We also research your world: your industry, competitors, and best practices to find the most effective way to portray your brand.

Scripting: We write a detailed script for your film, outlining the content, style, structure, and voice. We also create a storyboard to visualize the scenes, transitions, and graphics. We work with you to review and refine the script and storyboard until you are satisfied.

Production: We film your image film using high-quality equipment and professional actors or models. We also edit your film to add effects, transitions, music, sound effects, and other enhancements. We ensure that your finished image film meets the technical standards and specifications for your chosen platform, software and format.

Delivery: We deliver your film in the format and resolution that you prefer. We also provide you with analytics and feedback tools to measure the performance and impact of your film. We can also help you with your distribution strategy, sales and promotion strategies to reach your target audience.

What is the timeline for producing a video?

The timeline for producing a video can vary greatly depending on the specific demands and needs of your project. Some projects are more complex, requiring detailed planning, elaborate shooting setups, and extensive post-production work, which naturally extends the production timeline. On the other hand, projects with clearer visions and straightforward requirements can be completed more quickly.

If needed, we are capable of delivering a complete video - from concept development and scripting, through pre-production and production, to post-production - within a timeframe as short as 10 days.

However, it's important to note that this accelerated timeline requires efficient decision-making and prompt feedback at every stage to keep the project moving forward without delays. We always work closely with our clients to establish a realistic timeline that accommodates their needs, while also allowing us to craft a final product that meets our standards of quality and creativity.

Can you work within my budget?

How do revisions work during the editing process?

In the editing process, we understand the importance of achieving a final video that meets your expectations and vision. To facilitate this, all video projects are entitled to two rounds of revisions without any additional costs. These revisions can include a variety of adjustments to ensure the final product aligns with your goals. Specifically, the included revisions can cover:

  • Color correction to ensure the visual tone matches your brand or desired aesthetic.
  • Sound adjustments (excluding music changes) to improve clarity and impact.
  • Modifying the order of clips to better tell your story or convey your message.
  • Removing shots that you feel do not contribute positively to the final video.
  • Adding specific shots that were filmed but not initially included in the edit.
  • Replacing graphics to better suit your branding or message.
  • Adjusting transitions between shots for a smoother flow or more dynamic effect.

However, it's important to differentiate between revisions and changes. Changes refer to any requests that significantly alter the scope or direction of the project beyond what was initially agreed upon. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Changing the background music to a different track.
  • Adding subtitles to the video for accessibility or translation purposes.
  • Incorporating additional slides or graphical elements not originally planned.
  • Enhancing the video with routing, which involves directing the viewer's attention in a specific manner.
  • Introducing animation or motion graphics that add a new dimension to the video.

Such changes, given their nature, will incur extra costs. These costs will be calculated based on the specifics of the changes requested. We will provide a detailed estimate for any such changes, ensuring you have all the information needed to make an informed decision. Work on these changes will only proceed once we have your approval, ensuring that you maintain control over the project scope and budget.
